In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

In our previous article, we effectively challenged the validity of the evolutionary theory. If anyone still has questions, they can email their queries to islamichubb@gmail.com.

However, for those who have realized that this world neither created itself nor is self-sustaining, we proceed toward understanding the Creator and Sustainer who brought every particle of this universe into existence and continues to govern it.

Since the beginning, human nature has acknowledged a power mightier than itself, one that holds control over this world. Humanity has always sensed its own weakness and helplessness. We now refer to this Unseen power as “Ghaibi Quwwat” or the Unseen Force.

At times, humans have attributed physical strength to this force, like considering a lion as deity. Sometimes, out of fear or desire for gain, people have deified things that can cause harm or offer benefit, such as snakes, trees, or animals. Spiritual entities have also been associated with this Unseen Force through imagination and superstitions. Different civilizations have proposed various theories about this Unseen Force, making it challenging for open-minded individuals to grasp the concept of a true Unseen Force amid these conflicting theories.

We acknowledge that only one of these theories can be true, as the contradictions are equivalent to the impossibility of the coexistence of day and night or the merging of fire and water. Consequently, though the Unseen Force exists, its identification has become challenging. We endeavor to comprehend the correct theory among these theories by solving this complexity through simple, straightforward, and substantial reasoning.

The first point to consider is the power we want to acknowledge as the Creator and one superior to us, sustaining the entire universe. It is evident that this power cannot be human or anything lesser, as God and the worshipped entity must be better than the worshipper. A Master is considered superior to a servant. So, considering a stone, tree, or animal as a deity due to some partial excellence is, in reality, degrading oneself.

Considering a servant and worshiper synonymous with the master and deity is something that any intelligent person can understand to be incorrect. A servant may become physically strong compared to the master, yet still remains a servant. Therefore, thinking logically, considering a lion as God is incorrect. For instance, even though a cow may provide benefits, it is still incomparable to the intellect of a human being. Otherwise, cows would have also developed like humans. The truth is that we cannot fully comprehend the essence of God; the nature of the Creator is beyond human intelligence. Rational thinkers have concluded that understanding the essence of the Creator is impossible, but we can understand Him through His attributes.

The second point is to identify the attributes that the Creator of the universe must possess to qualify as God. These attributes are as follows:

1. Eternity: The Creator must have always existed and will continue to exist forever. Thus, anything self-created cannot be the Creator, for how can the one who is created be the Creator? It cannot be worshipped either.

2. Knowledge: The Creator must know everything. There should be no distinction for Him between the past, present, future, apparent, or hidden. He should be the Knower of the secrets of hearts. If even the tiniest particle of the universe is beyond His knowledge, He cannot be qualified as the Creator, for how can one be worshipped who cannot assist without knowledge?

3. Power: He should be capable of bringing anything into existence merely by His will.

Another aspect, these attributes should be present within a single entity or multiple entities. Even in this aspect, humanity has presented different theories: some believe in a singular entity, others in three entities, and some consider one as the Supreme God and the others as His assistants. Some directly call a deity, while others indirectly connect with it.

Let’s Now analyze these theories.

If there were multiple gods, it would be similar to a scenario in our world where multiple rulers hold power; conflicts and chaos prevail. Similarly, if there were multiple gods, the same disorder would exist in the universe. Numerous narratives from believers in multiple gods depict conflicts between their deities, making it clear that such a system would be in chaos. Therefore, these attributes must be found in a single Supreme God—the Creator and Sustainer of the universe, as this is what the very nature demands.

Now, the question arises: How can one entity manage such an immense system when managing a small country is challenging for us? The first answer to this question is that we worship Him due to His power and might. Otherwise, who would accept a power that can barely handle its own matters? The second answer is that He possesses attributes that, when combined, empower Him to do everything.

In conclusion, the various theories proposed by humanity regarding the Unseen Force of the universe can be accepted only if the theory acknowledges this Unseen Force as superior to humans and other lesser beings. The unseen force must be eternal, Omniscient, Omnipotent, and singular.
